My favourite subjects to cover have always been HRM and Management. Whilst pursuing my Bachelors degree, I have covered all aspects of the Management syllabus and received a 1st for all of my modules. I then secured a job in a large insurance company in the HR department and worked there for 4 years, before working for a retail chain as a HR manager. I did my Masters on a part-time basis over two years and it was only after I finished my Masters that I’ve realised that I wanted to carry on writing and stay in the academic world.
