Frequently Asked Questions
General Questions
The materials that you receive with your order are aimed at helping you develop your own original work. Please ensure that the final text submitted to your university has been developed using your own resources and contains no sections copied directly from our model answer or other similar sources. You can use all the references provided by us but we recommend that you study these sources yourself to get acquainted with their content before you use them in your work. You can find more information about the terms of using our services by reading our Fair Use Policy and Terms and Conditions.
The work you receive from us is a detailed answer to your question that has been developed by a professional writer. This work can serve as a model for understanding how to build your argument and what scientific directions you can pursue.
By ordering with us, you will have a competitive advantage among your fellow students, since the model answer will be completed by industry experts and is tailored to your exact requirements. Therefore, it should be perceived as a professional consultation on how to complete your work most effectively.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the writer’s notes. If you would like, you can order a plan or a draft when completing your order form on our website. Please note ordering a plan or a draft will be subject to an additional fee, and you will receive only one plan or draft.
If you do not order a plan or a draft, we will be unable to send you any work before the delivery deadline given. Every piece of work is checked for quality by our internal Quality Team after its completion by the researcher and before its submission to the client. Therefore, we cannot provide any incomplete part of the work before the coordinated date of delivery because it has not passed our Quality Team. The only exception to this is where a dissertation (full) has been ordered – as these orders will be delivered in three parts: Outline, first half and final.
The work received from us is 100% plagiarism free which means that all information within is not matched to any other document and all sources have been properly referenced and paraphrased. However, by submitting this work as your own to your university, you will be committing an act of plagiarism (please see our Fair Use Policy for details).
Plagiarising the work of others means passing their ideas off as your own. This practice is strictly prohibited by universities, and they will usually take severe measures against the offenders. They may consider your assignment failed, make you restart your module or retake the whole academic year. In some cases, you may even be stricken off the course. At the same time, failure to develop your work using your own resources will mean that you would not gain the knowledge and skills required for your future academic progress and your professional career.
The use of this service in accordance with our Fair Use Policy is not considered cheating. We simply offer the information necessary to create your own work in order to save you the time that would otherwise be spent on reading through hundreds of sources to choose the applicable ones. In a way, our model answers are similar to the examples provided by universities to help students understand the way they are expected to complete their assignments. The only difference is that the work received with your order will be unique and tailored specifically to your requirements.
Our service is 100% confidential for both clients and writers. No parts of your order or our correspondence will be disclosed to any third parties.
We will also remove all traces of confidential information from any documents that you provide. An exception can be made for specialised orders including reflection reports or personal statements. That said, your confirmation will be requested every time that such information is disclosed to the writer.
There is no way for your university to find out that you have ordered our writing services. We are here purely on a consultation basis so please read our Fair Use Policy to ensure that you are not breaching University rules.
Yes, and no. The work that you receive has no matched content and plagiarism scanners such as WriteCheck and Turnitin will confirm that it is 100% original. However, submitting work that has a different writing style from yours or work of a radically higher writing quality than what you have previously submitted, can be perceived as suspicious. Your tutor can ask you to explain your use of academic sources, provide your plan or produce early drafts to ensure that this is your original work. In this case, you could be accused of plagiarism and face severe academic penalties.
We cannot control your decision to use our service in a wrongful manner. That said, we reserve the right to stop rendering services to you if we find out that you are intending to misuse our service or do not comply with our Fair Use Policy.
In our experience, if the client doesn’t use our service correctly then this could raise suspicion in their university. While they often seek our assistance in resolving these situations, there is little we can do to help. We will be aware if any of our documents are misused as part of a new order and this also extends to any amendments associated with the feedback from your tutor. The misuse of our service is strictly monitored and it is not possible to continue working with any clients who refuse to comply with our Terms and Conditions.
Currently this is not possible because doing so will violate the confidentiality principles protecting both you and the researcher. For now, we will be happy to contact him or her on your behalf and transfer any new information about your order that has been submitted to us via email. All messages will be immediately forwarded to the writer and you will receive an answer from him or her shortly afterwards.
Unlike other online writing services on the market, we do not have hundreds of writers. Instead, we focus on hiring the most experienced writers out there in their fields. All the subjects that they cover are listed under their profiles. If the subject is covered by us, the only reason why we will decline the work is because of the deadline. Please speak to our Customer Service team to see if we will be able to make room for your work. If we don’t cover the subject, we will not take the work on, as we want to guarantee the highest possible quality to you rather than learn on the job at your expense.
If there are any complications with finding a writer for your order, we would request any additional information from you that may encourage one of the professional writers to accept your order. We would also inquire if it is possible for you to extend your deadline. If none of these steps are effective and we are still not capable of assigning your order to any writer, we would notify you and cancel your order. We will give you the choice between the full refund option or creating a credit coupon. We always return any funds obtained from a client in the form convenient to him or her in all cases when we cannot complete the order.
Unfortunately, due to new laws passed in April 2022, we are unable to serve clients who are studying at English Universities. If you are studying in Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales, we are still able to help.
Delivery Questions
The work will commence once a specific writer has been assigned to your order and we have received the payment from you. The confirmation indicating that the work on your order has begun will be sent to you.
Please keep in mind that we may need additional information from you to find a suitable writer for your order, so we would recommend checking your email daily. If the writer cannot begin or continue without specific information from you, we will contact you and your work will be put on hold pending further clarification.
We are ready to assist you five days a week, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. We do not work on Sundays, unless agreed in advance.
Usually, all works are delivered by 9pm. In certain situations, our internal Quality Team may suggest some adjustments which will result in the work being delivered by midnight at the latest. The opposite is also true and the writer may complete your order before the due time, however, we ask you not to take this possibility as a guarantee of early delivery. According to the agreement, your order will be completed by the date that was agreed and this is when you should expect the work by.
Please keep in mind that the release of your work is not possible until any outstanding balance has been received in full. All assignments are manually released, which means that orders paid outside of our office hours will not be released until the following morning of the next working day.
If you order a full dissertation, this will be delivered as standard in three parts; Outline, first half and final. You can also request additional deliveries for a full dissertation. Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive any other order type in installments. All works are released immediately after their completion on the agreed date of their delivery. We can, however, provide a plan or a draft of your order, should you select and pay for this option when completing the online order form.
Your order cannot be released from our system until we have received the final payment from you. We can, however, provide a plan or a draft of your order, should you select and pay for this option when completing the online order form. We ask our clients to submit all order-related information before the beginning of the writing process to be certain that they will be satisfied with the final result. We also have a Quality Team that checks every paper to ensure that it meets the standard requested by the customer.
However, if you find that the work has not been completed to the ordered standard or some information is not present in your work then you can request an amendment to the work. We recommend that you submit these requests as quickly as possible after you have received your order and within the agreed amendment time limits stipulated on your order.
On very rare occasions we will not be able to complete the work based on the quote provided by our website. This will always be due to the fact that more information is provided in the attachments than our system can assess in order to provide the quote. We will inform you of this within 24 hours of receiving the quote and will provide an explanation of what the additional cost is for. If you are not happy with the additional cost, we will refund your payment in full.
You can check the status of your order at any time, by logging into your online account. This is the quickest way to check the status of your order – if you have any further questions we would then recommend contacting our Customer Service Team.
If you order has been marked as “on hold”, this means that we require more information from you. We will have emailed you requesting the necessary information and will continue to try and contact you by telephone and/or email should we fail to hear back from you. Please note if your order is placed as “on hold” we will need an urgent response from you to avoid any delays with the deadline. Ideally, we want to avoid this situation completely, therefore we ask you to provide all university guidelines and any other relevant materials that can assist us in making your model answer highly specific to the requests of your university when placing the order.
As soon as the writer is happy that they have all the information needed, we will start your order.
The order will be allocated to the writer who is most qualified to do the work based on their qualifications, experience and availability.
Placing an Order & Payment
As the papers we develop are not intended for direct submission, we do not offer paraphrasing services. We are, however, happy to help edit the paper for you. For information on our editing service please email [email protected] with your requirements.
In order to guarantee the highest quality of work, it is not possible for us to take your order over the phone. This is simply because university assignments are accompanied by extensive guidelines and recommendations on completion that we need to examine in order to complete your work in strict accordance with your university standards. We want to avoid any miscommunication and the loss of any valuable information that would compromise the quality of your model answer.
However, you are welcome to make an order via our website. Please, attach all documents and information provided by your university. As soon as we have received your order, we will analyse all assignment details and inform you if any additional information is required. In case of any difficulties, you can always contact our Customer Service department over the phone and they will assist you in completing the order form.
Taking payment over the phone is not an option because this payment method is not secure. However, it is possible to make the payment via our website that accepts such forms of payment as credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
All Stripe money transfers and bank transfers require manual verification before they can be added to our database. As soon as we have received a notification about the incoming payment and have added it manually, a message will be sent to you to confirm that your funds have been received.
We currently accept bank transfers and credit or debit card payments through 'Stripe'.
If your order is over $350 in value, we offer the option to pay in instalments. To discuss this further and arrange a payment plan, please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number. The instalment plan offered to you will depend on your deadline and the size of your order. The writer will only begin your order once the first instalment amount has been paid and confirmed. Any remaining balances must be paid as outlined in your instalment plan agreement in order to avoid any delays with your deadline. Please note that completed orders cannot be sent to clients if there is an outstanding balance due on the order, therefore, we would recommend settling any outstanding payments before your delivery deadline to avoid any delays in receiving the work.
Please note there is a 10% administration charge on top of your order price, for paying in instalments.
Please keep in mind that orders are released only during our office hours (9am-6pm Monday-Friday and 10am-6pm on Saturdays). Therefore, it will be more convenient for you to make the final payment during office hours so that you do not have to wait for the completed work on the morning of the following working day.
As we are an international business, quotes for orders are provided in US Dollars for the ease of our clients based around the world.
However, as we are a business that is registered and operating in the United Arab Emirates, payments via Stripe are displayed in Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) on your stripe invoice. Your quote email will have given you a rough currency conversion rate to USD at the time of receipt.
You will be charged in your local currency, as your bank will handle the conversion. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any further queries.
On occasion, the researchers may need to evaluate your order before quoting a fee for it because its completion may require additional work that cannot be estimated exclusively based upon word count only. Specifically, your order may require the use of specialised software, creating illustrations, tables/charts, fabricating data (for questionnaire surveys and interviews) or completing calculations.
If you are concerned about the complexity of your order, or that we will not be able to find a suitable writer, you can place your order and pay the £10 deposit option, rather than paying in full. In these instances, we will search for a suitable writer and will confirm back to you in writing whether a writer is available. If there is an available writer, the final price and deadline will be reconfirmed to you. If we cannot allocate a writer, we will let you know and will offer you a refund of the £10 that was paid.
It is worth noting, however, that usually it is easier to find writers for prepaid orders due to the fact that they can start working on it right away, which helps them to plan their work schedule. This is especially significant during the busy periods such as March-June and November-January.
If you need to order work in a field of research that can be considered niche or specialist, it may be more convenient for you to call our Customer Service Team and discuss if the writing team is capable of completing your order before you complete the order form.
Yes, this is exactly what our ‘Outline/Skeleton Answer’ service is designed for. The researchers will create a detailed plan that will assist you in writing your future work. That said, we recommend that you order a third or more of the overall word count prescribed by your assignment requirements to get the maximum benefit from this service. For example, a 1,000 word outline will be optimal for an essay of 3,000 words.
We also recommend that you provide the total word count in your order requirements if you are ordering more than a third of the total word count. This way, the researcher can develop a highly detailed plan for your future work.
We offer a Dissertation (part) service that you can select on our online order form. Simply select this order type on the form, and you will be asked to specify which chapters you would like to order and the word count required for each chapter.
We always recommend that the client should be involved in the process of choosing the title of the dissertation. That is why we strongly recommend that you choose the title yourself and get the approval of your university tutor before we start working on your proposal or dissertation.
If you do not have an approved topic yet, we offer a Dissertation Topic service that might be of help. This service includes three titles specially designed for you on the basis of your area of interest. Each title will be accompanied by a concise description as well as a brief list of appropriate sources so that you could make an informed decision, or take the suggestions to your tutor for feedback. Once a topic has been approved, we would then recommend ordering the proposal/dissertation service.
The essays published on our website are not for sale. We will be happy if they serve as the source of inspiration for your own research ideas. However, ensure that you have not directly copied any parts of the materials published on our website as such activities are considered an act of plagiarism.
We offer a Tutoring service for any work that has been completed by the writers. For example, you may have received the order from the writer, but you may have some questions for them as to how it was completed, or why it was completed in a certain way. Such questions may include things like:
- Where did you get this data from?
- Why did you use this reference?
- How did you complete this calculation?
- Can you explain how you reached that conclusion?
To order the tutoring service, simply complete a new order form for the tutoring service. You will need to specify the order number that the tutoring is related to, and the questions that you would like the writer to answer – you must do this, otherwise we cannot assist you.
Our Guarantees & Aftercare
If you feel that you are not satisfied with the work you have received, please send a request for amendments via email. Please, clearly describe in written form what changes need to be implemented by the writer. Please note that we do not accept this kind of information over the phone because we want to avoid any miscommunication in your requirements.
As soon as we get your message, we will forward it to the writer and coordinate a delivery date for the amended work.
If the university grade for your essay is lower than you expected, please send an email with your official university feedback/marking sheet, and a copy of the work that was submitted, to [email protected]. Any problems will then be investigated by our Complaints Team and you will be contacted within seven days.
To request amendments to your order, simply reply to the email we sent to you with your completed work attached, and clearly list (preferably in bullet point format) the changes you would like the writer to make. We recommend sending one email, as clients are only entitled to one set of free amendments. Therefore, please read the paper in its entirety, and list all of the changes in one clear email, specifying a deadline if necessary. Once this has been received we will speak to the writer for you.
Please email [email protected] with details of your reason for requesting a refund. The Complaints Team will investigate your request and you will be contacted within 24 hours.
We guarantee that the researcher will complete your work in strict accordance with the standard you have ordered. We can make this statement due to the following procedures we implement:
- Each work is thoroughly checked by our internal Quality Control department. They compare the final work with your original requirements to ensure that they were strictly adhered to by the researcher. A completed quality report will be attached to the order for your review.
- All the writers we use are required to have a Bachelor's 1st and a Master’s degree from an accredited University. Each order is assigned to a researcher having the same or higher qualification than the ordered grade.
There is no need to worry if you want to introduce some amendments after the expiration of the amendments period. We will try to help you with them but you need to clearly outline the scope of the required amendments and provide all feedback you have received after the completion of the work. Please keep in mind that such amendments may be subject to additional charges.

Our Products
Yes, we do provide dissertation title recommendations for PhD students.
PhD work is much more time consuming and laborious due to the original research and other elements required for PhD works. Therefore, this will require more time to complete for the most competent experts, which explains the higher pricing.
